Customer will receive a UScellular open loop virtual promo card equal to the amount of ETF and remaining installment balance up to $800 per line within 45 to 60 days of submission of final bill. Customer will receive a text message on UScellular phone with a link to a portal to register and activate card. Customer has 30 days from when msg is sent to register and activate promo card.
