Device Trade-In: Device must power on and cannot be pin locked. Device must be in fully functional working condition without any liquid damage or broken components, including, but not limited to, a cracked display or housing. Value based on device, make, model & condition. Before trade-in, customer must delete all personal & sensitive information from device’s memory & SIM card. Device must be returned within 30 days.
Device Bill Credit Promos: Prices and credits vary. $30 device activation fee may be required. Purchase of a qualifying device via 0% APR, $0 down, 36-mo. Retail Installment Contract (RIC), and credit approval required. Credit will be divided into 36 monthly credits and comes via a monthly bill credit. Bill credits start within 3 months after activation and end when balance is paid. Line must remain in good standing with required price plan for entire 36-mo. RIC. Customer may lose bill credit if price plan is changed. Must keep account active and in good standing for at least 2 billing cycles to earn initial credit(s). In the event of cancellation of Service while in good standing after the second billing cycle, customer will be responsible for the entire remaining RIC balance.
