• Where can I learn more about getting Home or Business Internet service? +

  The power of T-Mobile Internet is now available at UScellular. Visit us in-store to add a T-Mobile Home Internet or Small Business Internet line, and we’ll help get you set up. You may also be eligible for a bundle discount, with a current wireless account.
• What happens if I use up all of my Priority Internet Data? +

  There’s no charge for going over your priority internet data limit with UScellular^® Home Internet plans. Once you reach your monthly high-speed data limit, speeds will automatically shift to a lower speed for the rest of the billing cycle.
• Why is internet service available in some areas and not others? +

  Just like our phones, our 5G internet network is supported by cell towers. The location and availability of these towers helps determine the coverage area of 5G internet. But don’t worry, we’re always working to expand our network of towers to get customers connected to the fastest speeds.
• How do I know if I should choose a plan in the Performance or Standard category? +

  We recommend the Performance device for almost all customers. It is the best way to take advantage of the UScellular network, and in some cases will be eligible for better plans than the Standard device. The standard device is recommended for customers who can’t use phone apps for setup or live in a smaller, single-story home.
• Can I travel with UScellular Home Internet? +

  No, your Home Internet plan and service are only qualified for the location you enter during the eligibility check.
