A new National Retail Plan and Customer Service Agreement with a 2-yr. initial term (subject to a prorated $150 Early Termination Fee for basic phones, modems and hotspot devices and a $350 Early Termination Fee for Smartphones and Tablets) and credit approval required. See uscellular.com/legal for proration details. The Customer Service Agreement Terms and Conditions apply for as long as you are a customer. UScellular customers may change to an eligible plan without signing a new agmt. A Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee (“RCRF”) applies; this is not a tax or gvmt. required charge. The RCRF may be up to $3.50/line per month and is subject to change without notice. The RCRF is currently $2.99/line/month. Additional fees, taxes, terms, conditions and coverage areas apply and may vary by plan, service and phone. Use of service constitutes acceptance of the terms of our Customer Service Agreement. UScellular reserves the right to terminate your service if more than 50% of your overall data or voice usage in each of three consecutive billing cycles are used in UScellular’s non-licensed markets.

Auto Pay/Paperless Billing: Discount requires My Account, paperless billing and payment via bank account or debit card only. Customer may activate Auto Pay/Paperless Billing discount via My Account on uscellular.com

Unlimited Voice: Unlimited Voice may not be used for chat lines, conference calling, call forwarding or other connections that do not consist of uninterrupted live dialog between two persons.

Unlimited International Text Messaging: Send and receive unlimited international text messages at no additional cost when using your phone within the United States.

Data Plans: UScellular does not guarantee a specific speed for any data transmission on any data plan. The speed you receive will depend on many factors, including but not limited to, your data plan terms, the device you use, your distance from a cell tower, topography and the amount of users on the network at the time of your data session. Wireless Emergency Alerts: UScellular delivers wireless emergency alerts (WEA) at no additional charge to capable devices of customers throughout its service area and through roaming arrangements in most circumstances. Participation in the WEA program by wireless providers such as UScellular is voluntary, but those that offer the service must adhere to the technical and operational requirements established by the FCC. The FCC has recently adopted certain enhanced WEA features that UScellular is deploying in its network. However, some devices may not be able to access some or all of these enhanced features. Unlimited Talk & Text to Mexico and Canada: Add’l. feature included in unlimited plans only. Accounts in good standing only. Certain customers may require additional verification or a 90 days account in good standing prior to activation of Int’l. dialing feature. Unlimited calling to Mexico and Canada only applies to calls placed from UScellular’s licensed market areas. Roaming calls will incur additional charges based rates and availability of local wireless carrier. Additional per-minute charges may apply to Int’l. calls to countries other than Mexico and Canada. Your Int’l. dialing capabilities may be suspended at UScellular’s discretion to require a partial payment on demand for charges incurred for Int’l. calls to countries other than Canada and Mexico. Failure to make such payment may result in the suspension of all Int’l. calling including to Canada and Mexico. Service to countries listed is not guaranteed. Service may be unavailable, interrupted or delayed due to transmission limitations caused by atmosphere or topographical conditions, governmental regulations or orders, acts of war, acts of God, system capacity limitations, network repairs or maintenance.
